Senior Management Structure

The Trust Board consists of the Chairman, five Executive and five Non-Executive Directors. The Non-Executive members of the Trust Board consist of local residents who have a direct interest in the running of the Trust.  The work of the Trust Board is supported by a number of sub-committees, all of which report directly to the board.  Click here for more information on our Board members.

The day to day management of the Trust is the responsibility of the Executive Team made up of the Trust’s Executive Directors and senior management team.

Below this, the Trust has a wide range of management roles all of which are accountable to the Board and Chief Executive through Directorate management structures.  Senior posts are advertised as and when they are available.  A detailed job description and person specification is always provided to describe the particular role as the responsibilities and duties of our senior posts will vary.
