The Trust has a social responsibility to set an example as a ‘good corporate citizen' by making sure that its procurement, employment, capital build, travel and waste management policies contribute to local regeneration and sustainable development.

Our mission is for the Trust to play a key role in the development of physical, social and economic regeneration for the local population which will lead to the enhanced health & wellbeing of our local community.
