Has Chingford Got Talent - in aid of The Big Push - until 21st Nov 09

Chingford pub The Greene Man is showcasing local talent while raising money for our great cause The Big Push Appeal!

‘Chingford’s Got Talent’ started in September and is now at semi-final stages! Contestants are competing for a prize of over £250 cash.

One of Whipps' own, Gemma Williams, is through to the semi final on 14 November, so come down and show your support for her and The Big Push!

Three2Go 5k run, Hackney Marshes, 12 Sept 09

Not eligible for the Adidas Women's Challenge or looking for something more local?

The Three2Go 5k run is open to everyone, and even offers a free 9 week training programme. Why not get sponsored to run it in aid of The Big Push?

A children’s 1k run and family festival will also take place and it's all part of the run up to the 2012 Olympics.

In fact, if you’re feeling very athletic, why not enter their Trail Marathon, which starts in Hertfordshire and follows the River Lea to finish at Hackney Marsh.
