Pharmacy

What we do

We provide a wide range of pharmaceutical services including all inpatient and speciality outpatient dispensing and our pharmacists visits most wards on a daily basis.

Patients are welcome to call our Pharmacy Patient Helpline for any queries regarding their medicines.

We also have a Royal Pharmaceutical Society registered pharmacy shop in the Outpatient department, where a wide range of over the counter medicinal products are available to purchase as well as free pharmaceutical advice.

Our licensed production unit also manufactures a wide range of medicinal products to meet the patients' needs.

Prescriptions
Please note we only accept prescriptions from our outpatient department and certain private prescriptions. Prescription charges apply unless you are exempted and proof will be required before we can supply the medicines.

We are not allowed to dispense green prescriptions issued by your GP or by other outpatient clinics - you will need get these dispensed in your local pharmacy shop.

The Outpatient Dispensary/Shop is located on the ground floor, next to the United News Shop in the Outpatients building in the Yellow Zone.

How to get treatment

You will only receive medicines from our Pharmacy if you are an inpatient or treated in our outpatients clinics.
