    Over the weekend doctors surgeries will be closed at least part of the time, so where do you go for help if you or someone you know is unwell or hurt ?

    Most people who go to a hospital Accident and Emergency Department (A&E) can be given advice over the phone or be treated much closer to home by a doctor, nurse or a pharmacist. If you need help there are a number of different options to try. However, if the problems is critical or life threatening please call 999 or go straight to A&E.
